We have a well-established design and engineering set up for:
- Systems engineering for complete power plant.
- Mechanical systems including boilers, balance of plant packages, auxiliaries, structural, piping, etc.
- Electrical systems design and engineering of electrical equipment.
- Instrumentation and control systems for field and control room.
- Civil design engineering and work.
We have a strong project management team which has access to the latest computer aided project management techniques and has executed a number of large projects in challenging time frames. We have successfully installed integrated planning system, use task force approach in every working module. Every project activity upto L3 level is monitored and controlled.
Our dedicated teams for procurement of indigenous/ imported equipment and raw material, manufacturing, quality assurance, services (Including erection, commissioning and training), spares management etc. help us create that niche in our offerings.
